I’m headed to NYC to see Kara Walker.
I fell in love with Kara Walker’s intricate storytelling art when I was a freshman in college. I first saw her in an enormous floor to ceiling exhibition at the Guggenheim. Just discovered that her latest works are on display at the Lehman Maupin until June 4. Emergency trip to New York!
